Fixtures

All MAFC fixtures are listed on the website http://www.mytchettathletic.com/fixtures

Fixtures are sourced online from Sportdesk (NEHYL) and FA Fulltime (EBYFL, SPL, FDSL).

Fixtures are posted 2 weeks in advance, every Monday following confirmation of home pitch bookings from Surrey Heath Borough Council.

If you spot an error, please notify via the comments section on the website or via email fixtures@mytchettathletic.com

If you want the venue and kick-off time for away fixtures posted on the website, you need to let me know each week (either via comments or email).

Referee details for NEHYL are being added as the allocations are emailed out.

If you want referee details for EBYFL, SPL, FDSL, I can add these too – drop me an email and we’ll sort out the process.

Pitch Allocations and Times

We have the following block bookings from Surrey Heath Borough Council, so these pitches should always be available to us. When we need more then alternatives will be provided by SHBC (e.g. London Road Rec., Frimley Green Rec.)

Saturday

• Bellew Road at 10.30
• Frimley Lodge 1 at 10.30
• Frimley Lodge 7A & 7B – times TBA

Sunday

• London Road Rec at 2pm
• Bellew Road at 2pm
• Heatherside 3 at 2pm
• Frimley Lodge 1 & 2 at 2pm
• Frimley Lodge 9 (9v9) – times TBA

We also hire 2 mini-soccer pitches at Harpers Road Recreation Ground from Ash Parish Council for use on Saturday mornings.

In practice we’ve got exclusive use of Bellew Road, so we can accommodate more than two fixtures at a weekend, but the condition of the pitch throughout the season is also a factor in how many games we play there. As a general rule, I will try to give all the 11-a-sides some games at Bellew Road (unless you tell me you don’t want to play there), with any priority going to Cup matches.

In accordance with NEHYL guidelines, Saturday morning U7-U11 fixtures will generally kick-off at 10.30am. However, as we have exclusive use of the mini-soccer pitches at Harpers Road and Frimley Lodge Park we do have some flexibility to deal with fixture congestion.

The 9v9 pitch at Frimley Lodge Park is new for 2011/12 season and will be ready from 17th Sept 2011. This pitch replaces the former 7A and 7B pitches in front of the Pavilion. SHBC have kindly provided a document that shows the new layout of the mini-pitches at Frimley Lodge Park, which can be found on our downloads page.

Vets matches in the FDSL are played on Sunday morning. Preference will be Frimley Green Recreation Ground, but this will depend upon availability. Because we don’t have a block booking we only get 6 days notice from SHBC.

Cancellations

If you have to cancel a home fixture let me know via the fixture comments section or via email. If we fail to notify the council we still get charged for the pitch hire.

Team Preferences

I will be updating the Team Pages on the website with your home pitch and kick-off preferences. I’ll also be updating the winter training venues and times. Please check and notify me of any mistakes.

Photos of coaches and assistants for Team Pages

If you’ve not already done so, then please can you email me a head and shoulders photograph for publishing on the team pages. The bigger the better and then I can resize it for the website.
