Free Football Coaching

Free coaching for players born after 1st September 2003

Mytchett Athletic FC are running free coaching sessions for football players of all abilities at our Bellew Road ground, which is situated off Blackdown Road, Deepcut, GU16 6QJ.

Coaching starts on 1st June 2011 and takes place every Wednesday for 10 weeks. The sessions are exclusively for boys and girls aged 4 to 7 years of age (school years reception, year 1 and year 2).

Directions

• From Red Road, Deepcut Bridge Road turn right onto Blackdown Road and you will find the car park 250 yards on the right hand side with the ground opposite.
• From the Lakeside Club, Wharf Road, Frimley Green continue along onto Lake Road and turn left into Bellew Road. Continue up the hill, bear right and the car park is on the left hand side.

About the sessions

• The sessions are free
• They will run for about an hour
• Please arrive at 5.50pm so that registration can be taken for insurance purposes
• Children should wear appropriate football kit, including shin pads
• Training takes place on grass and we recommend children wear either trainers or firm ground football boots as the ground tends to be much firmer at this time of the year
• All children should bring their own drink as regular drinks breaks will be taken to ensure everyone stays properly hydrated
• Every child attending must be accompanied by an adult (parent or guardian preferred) and the adult should stay during the session. We are sorry but we cannot accept children who are un-accompanied by an adult.

Mytchett Athletic welcomes players of all abilities. These sessions are about having fun through learning and for many children this will be an introduction to the game.
