MAFC Christmas Indoor Tournament 2011

Dear Parents

Each year the Club holds a Christmas Tournament for the younger age groups. This tournament is only for Mytchett Athletic players and offers great fun during the festive time. The format of the day is based on two separate competitions, each having teams of mixed ages. Here are a few details about the day.

Morning tournament (Under 8s, 9s, 10s )

• Meet at the Camberley Arena Leisure Centre @ 09:00
• Pick up afterwards @ 13:00ish

Afternoon tournament (Under 11s, 12s and 13s)

• Meet at the Camberley Arena Leisure Centre @ 12:45
• Pick up afterwards @ 17:00

Registration Fee: £5.00 per child (please give to your team manager)

• Shin pads are to be worn
• Indoor sports shoes
• A drink and snack

If your son/daughter is available to play, and we hope they can, you now need to provide your team manager with £5 (cash or cheque payable to MAFC) by Tuesday 29th November.

We hope to see you there, however, if we don’t have a great Christmas.
