Return of outdoor grassroots football on 29 March

On Monday 29 March, as part of the next stage of the Government’s roadmap out of national lockdown, outdoor sports facilities can open, and organised outdoor football can take place.

The FA has published updated guidance, based on the latest Government advice available, which applies to all outdoor youth and adult football and Futsal, including all formats of the game.

Spectator Restrictions

No spectators are allowed at grassroots football as part of step one of the Government’s roadmap. One parent or guardian per child will be permitted, where clubs and facilities can safely accommodate this and following all appropriate guidance.


In December we issued bills via Commentary Box for the second instalment of fees. This now represents the final instalment for this season. Thank you to everyone who has already paid. If your bill is outstanding please can you make arrangements to pay this ASAP.

All applicable discounts will be carried forward to the 2021/22 season and applied to the signing-on fee.

If you have difficulties making payment then please contact our Treasurer in confidence so we can discuss a payment plan.

We have extended 3G training for all teams through to the end of June, and there will be league competitions running during this period as well, subject to pitch availability.
